London: Reality star and socialite Kim Kardashian, who became mother a year ago, turned heads once again by posting a picture of herself topless, to wish Givenchy’s designer and friend Riccardo Tisci a happy 40th birthday.
The pictures shows a profile of her entire body as she kneels on the floor wearing nothing but ripped sheer black pantyhose..
“I love you soooo much!!! Can’t wait to celebrate with you tonight!!!!” the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star captioned the photo.
With a large smile on her face, the mother of one-year-old North West placed her arms in a strategic sport to hide her breasts in the picture, as two men raised a massive white veil over her head.
Tisci designed 33-year-old Kim’s wedding dress for her wedding with rapper Kanye West in Italy last May.
It is not the first time Kim has gone topless, having done a shoot for Playboy magazine and more recently featuring in West’s Bound 2 video.
