Mumbai:
Hundreds of thousands of SSC students in Mahararashtra, who were uneasy because of the delay in their results, were up for a pleasant surprise Tuesday when the results were finally decalred and they saw Sports, Arts and Culture marks in their scorecards.

"I was a bit shocked when I saw 5 marks with $ sign in front of my total marks. I though I had been given grace marks. Then I read the below printed line which said it was my marks for Sports", Asad Faizee said while talking to ummid.com.

The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has declared online the results of Maharashtra board Class X (SSC also known as Class 10) 2017 exams on its official and associate websites today i.e. Tuesday June 13 at 01:00 pm.

It is said one of the many reason for the delay in result because the board was in the process of awarding extra marks for sports, arts and culture.
