Bengaluru: The Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB) is scheduled to declare the 2015 SSLC or Class 10 results today i.e. Tuesday May 12 at 03 pm, officials said.
"The KSEEB Class 10 results 2015 will be published on the official website of Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board, "kseeb.kar.nic.in" on May 12 exactly at 03:00 p.m.", the official said.
Students can check their results by logging in to the above mentioned website, and entering their registeration number and security code.
The Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB) has already declared the results for Class 12 Commerce stream.
The board has ventured to conduct the supplementary examination for the failed candidates of the examination of March in June every year; this will enable the students who would be successful in the June examination to join higher education courses in the same academic year from July itself. This process was introduced for the first time in the country.
Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board came in to existence in the year 1966. It conducts SSLC, Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC)/Pre University Courses (PUC) or plus 2 (10+2) education and examinations across the Karnataka state.
A total of 8.56 lakh candidates appeared for the SSLC exam through Karnataka Board this year. Out of the total candidates who appeared, 8.07 lakh students are first-timers, 16,337 private candidates and the rest were repeaters.
