New Delhi: Jamia Millia Islamia’s Residential Coaching Academy (RCA) has started coaching classes for Staff Selection Commission (CGL) and B.Ed. & ETE entrance exams for the students belonging to minority community.
"Today, an orientation program was arranged for 200 selected students in the seminar hall of the coaching centre. Registrar, JMI Mr. A.P. Siddiqui (IPS) was the chief guest", Jamia Millia Islamia said in a statement released Wednesday.
Faculties who will be taking coaching classes in Mathematical Reasoning, Mental Aptitude, General Knowledge, Current Affairs and English Comprehension were also present on the occasion.
"Coordinator Academics H.A. Arfi, IAS, Retd. was also present to supervise the program", the Jamia said.
In the business session of the orientation program, the faculties had interaction with students, briefing them in general, about methodology to be adopted by them during the entire coaching program which would include class lectures, discussions, exercises and periodical tests.
The Ministry of Minority Affairs (MMA), Government of India has assigned coaching for these three courses to Residential Coaching Academy (RCA) Jamia Millia Islamia.
