Guwahati: The Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) is set to declare the Class 12 board results today i.e. Saturday May 30 at 10 am.
The results of all three streams, Science, Commerce and Arts will be decalred simultaneously, it is officially learned.
The students who appeared for the examination can check their results by logging in at www.ahsec.nic.in.
After logging in to above website, click on the link provided for checking Higher Secondary Final Examination then enter roll number, name, e-mail, mobile number and click on submit
The results will be displayed on the screen.
Once the students, who appeared for the exam have checked their result online, they can download and print it for future reference.
AHSEC was established in 1984, with the aim to regulate, supervise and develop the system of higher secondary education in Assam.
The board has the power to regulate, supervise and control school education in Assam. Its main function is to prepare academic programmes and organise examinations, especially for state level Class 12.
The purpose and duties of WBBSE are to recommend the syllabus, propose rules and specify courses of instruction and textbooks, teaching by correspondence courses, recognition of higher secondary education in schools in Assam.
