RRB NTPC Second Stage

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released online the admit card/e-call letters for Non-Technical Popular Category (NTPC) Stage 2, 2016 examination. Candidates can visit the regional website of the respective RRB they applied for to download and take print-out the admit cards.

Candidates can follow the steps given below to download 2016 RRB NTPC Stage 2 admit card:

  1. Visit the official website of the respective RRB you applied for
  2. Click on the link CEN 03/2015 stage 2 admit card link (On the link on homepage or on the admit card section)
  3. Enter the details
  4. Download the admit card and take a print out.
  5. Mock test is available on RRB's website for familiarization of candidates in CBT.

Candidates are advised to login the regional website to download their preliminary e-call Letter (for making Travel arrangements) for 2nd Stage Examination (CBT) of NTPC (Graduate) posts using the user ID which is the registration number and password which is the date of birth (dd/mm/yyyy) as entered during online application stage.

The RRB NTPC first stage exam results of all regions were declared on December 07, 2016.

The notification for RRB NTPC came in December 2015 (advertisement no.: CEN 03/2015) and RRB invited applications for 18,252 vacancies in Non-Technical Popular Category (NTPC).

Various Railway Recruitment Boards will conduct 2nd stage examination - Computer Based Test (CBT) for Non-Technical Popular Categories (Graduate) posts against CEN no. 03/2015 on January 17, 18 and 19.

There are different last dates for downloading admit cards/e-call letters. Those who are attending the examination on 17th January should download the admit card by January 13th. Same as those who are attending exams on 18th and 19th January can download the admit cards by or before 14th and 15th January.

Duration of the RRB NTPC 2nd Stage examination (CBT) will be 90 minutes and the exams will be conducted in three shifts in cities across India.

For 2nd Stage examination (CBT), provisionally shortlisted candidates will have to appear in the RRBs to which they had applied, said the notification.

Earlier the RRB had notified that the E-call letters indicating date, shift, reporting time, Test Centre & city etc. for 2nd stage CBT will be uploaded two weeks before the date of examination (CBT) on the website of the RRB applied for. Candidates who are qualified for RRB NTPC 2nd Stage examination (CBT) would have received intimations through SMS/e-mail to download their e-call letters already.

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) was established in 1988. It is responsible for the appointment of new employees to work for various posts at Indian Railways. It calls eligible candidates for recruitment of various Technical, Non-Technical and Para Medical Posts in Group A, B, C and D Cadres through Online Application / Offline Application Format.
