Hyderabad (Telangana): Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE) is set to release the result of Telangana State 2018 Intermediate 1st and 2nd year resulr for General as well as Vocational students today i.e. Friday April 13.
According to the latest news update regarding Telangana Inter 2018 result, Deputy Chief Minister and Minister for Education Kadiyam Srihari will release the results at Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education in Nampally today at 09:30 am.
After declaration of the results, for the convenience of the students, parents and general public, the results with marks will also be made available in the following different ways.

The Telangana Inter Board Exam 2018 was conducted in the month of February and March. The exams for the first year began from February 28 and the second year exams started from March 2. The practical exams for general intermediate courses ended on February 21.
As per the official stats released by the Board, 9.63 lakh candidates appeared for the inter exam this year of which 4.36 lakh candidates are from the 1st year, while approx. 5 lakhs students appeared for the in the second year.
Last year Telangana Inter result 2017 was declared on April 16. According to a quick analysis of the 2017 results, of the total 9.4 lakh students who appearedd for the First and Second year General and Vocational exams together, 67% students managed to clear the examination. Keeping up the general trend, girls managed to secure a pass percentage of 71% compared to 61% scored by boys.
According to the details, a total of 4,36,727 students had appeared for the first year and 4,64,903 students had appeared for the second year Telangana board Inter General exams in 2017. Number of students who appeared for the Telangana Inter Vocational exam 2017 are 39147 and 35,383 for the first year and second year respectively. The Pass percentage of girl students who appeared in the Inter first year exam is 63.5% whereas that of boys is 51%. The Pass percent of girls in second year is 67% whereas of the boys is 57%.
A total of 2754 colleges are under the Telangana State Board of Intetmediate Education (TSBIE). The Board of Intermediate Education of Andhra Pradesh has on April 13 released the results of both first and second year.

It executes and governs various activities that include devising of courses of study, prescribing syllabus, conducting examinations, granting affiliations to colleges and providing direction, support and leadership for all educational institutions under its jurisdiction.
