DTE Maharashtra Polytechnic Admission 2018: The last date of Registration and Document Verification for admission to First Year Post SSC Diploma Technical Courses in Engineering/Technology Admissions 2018-2019 has been extended to July 20, the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) Maharashtra said in the Revised Admission Notification issued on Monday.

Steps for Registration First Year Post SSC Diploma

  • Click here to go to official website: dtemaharashtra.gov.in.
  • Go to Login Links section on left sidebar of the Home Page and click on 'New Registration'.
  • Follow the instructions and fill up the online form to complete registration.
  • Pay the fees and take the printout of the filled form.

The DTE Maharashtra had started from June 21, 2018 receiving online application from the students seeking admission in First Year Post SSC Diploma Technical Courses in Engineering/Technology Admissions. The last date of registration and document verification was July 16, which has now been extended till July 20.

"Online registration of application and uploading of required documents by the Candidate for admission on the website for Maharashtra State/All India/ J&K Migrant candidates has been extended to July 20, 2018", DTE Maharashtra said.

"This Notice is being issued for Online Registration & uploading of documents, Documents Verification and Application Form Confirmation at Facilitation Centers (FC) by candidates aspiring for admissions to First Year of Three Year duration Full Time Diploma Engineering and Technology program in the Government, Government Aided, University Managed, and Unaided private professional educational institutes for the Academic Year 2018-19 in the Maharashtra State", DTE Maharashtra said.

Students should note that the last date of submission of receipt of application made for obtaining Non Creamy layer certificate at FC is July 20, 2018 upto 05:00 pm.

The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) will display of the provisional merit list for Maharashtra State/All India/J & K Migrant candidates on website on July 21. Submission of grievance, if any, for all type of Candidates at FC should be done from July 22 to July 24, 2018 upt0 05:00 pm.

"Display of the Final Merit List of Maharashtra State/All India/Jammu and Kashmir Migrant candidates will be done on July 25, 2018", DTE Maharashtra said.

Display of Provisional Category wise Seats (Seat Matrix) for CAP Round I will be by July 25 whereas online Submission and Confirmation of Option Form of CAP Round-I through candidate’s Login by the Candidate should be done from July 26 to july 29, 2018.

"DTE Maharashtra will publish the result of Provisional Allotment of CAP Round 1 on July 31, 2018", the revised admission notification for First Year Post SSC Diploma Technical Courses in Engineering/Technology Admissions 2018-2019 said.

All types of candidates aspiring for admission under CAP seats shall register; get Documents Verified and Application Form confirmed at any designated Facilitation Center. Such eligible registered candidates shall be considered for CAP Merit and admission through CAP.

If candidates do not possess original SSC mark-sheet (Passed in 2018) at the time of document verification at FC, they may show online mark sheet print.

"Candidate shall carry printed copy of Application Form, Original documents and one set of Xerox copies of the required documents. FC shall verify all documents from Original and put FC stamp with date and signature on Xerox copies and return original and verified documents along with Receipt–cum-Acknowledgement of application form", DTE Maharashtra said.

"Candidate shall submit FC stamped and verified set of documents to ARC for re-verification after the allotment and then to the Institute at the time of reporting", the DTE said.
