
New Delhi: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is set to declare on its website ssc.nic.in today i.e. Monday October 15, 2018 the result of SSC Junior Engineer SSC JE 2017 exam, it said in a notification.
The SSC JE i.e. Junior Engineer exam is one of the most important recruitment drive conducted by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC), besides the Combined Graduate Level Exams (CGLE) and the Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) exam.
The SSC JE 2017 results declared today will be available on ssc.nic.in.

- Click on the link 'Junior Engineers (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Quantity Surveying & Contract) Examination, 2017 – Declaration of Final result'.
- A new page with the list of selected candidates will appear in PDF format.
- Take a printout.
About 5,69,930 candidates appeared in the SSC JE 2017 online examination. Every year, the SSC conducts recruitment exams on a regular basis to shortlist eligible candidates for various vacancies in government departments and ministries across the country.
The SSC also said in a notification that the final result of Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police, CAPFs and ASI will be declared on October 31, 2018.
As per the official notification, a total of 341 vacancies of Junior Engineer and 5000+ Posts of Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police, CAPFs and ASI to be recruited.
The online registration for SSC JE 2017 was started in the month of October - November 2017. The first computer based test was conducted in the month of January 2018 and the second was in June 2018.
