One
killed in party organised through Facebook

New York:
One person died and eight were wounded in a gun fight at a party
in New York that was organised through social network Facebook,
police said.
Police said the gun fight began late at night in the house where
the party was going on, and then continued into the streets in
Brooklyn area.
The party was announced on Facebook as "Freaky Friday" and guests
were charged $5 as entrance fee.
Police said the shooting took place after two people started
arguing for reasons that remain unknown.
Nine people suffering bullet wounds were taken to hospital, where
one of them, a young man aged 20, died.
