SAT Rizvi appointed as President's nominee on
AMU Court

Aligrah: The President of India, in her capacity as the
Visitor of the Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), has appointed S. A.
T. Rizvi, ex secretary, Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs,
Government of India, as her nominee on the University Court under
the provision of Statute 14(1)(XXXI) of the University for a
period of three years with immediate effect.
Prof. Anis Ismail, Chairman, Department of Jarahat being the
senior most Chairman by rotation has been declared as member of
the Aligarh Muslim University Court for a period of three years or
till such time he remains Chairman of the Department of Jarahat
whichever is earlier with immediate effect.
