Zafaryab Jilani, four others elected to AMU Court

Aligarh: The All India Muslim Educational conference has elected its five representatives on the Aligarh Muslim University Court, the apex body of the University.
 

AMU Registrar, Prof. V. K. Abdul Jaleel said that Zafaryab Jilani, Lucknow, Dr. Shahid Qamar Qazi, Aligarh, Dr. Mohd. Saleem Kidwai, Delhi, Dr. Ahmad Omar Farooq, Aligarh and Abdul Aleem Khan, Hyderabad have been declared elected by the All India Muslim Educational Conference to represent the organization on University Court.

 

They will hold the office for a period of three years with immediate effect subject to the final decision in the concerned case pending in the court of Civil Judge (SD), Aligarh.
