Uttar Pradesh Medical Admission Counselling 2018: The Directorate General of Medical Education and Training Uttar Pradesh (DGME UP) has started on its website upneet.gov.in from today i.e. Wednesday August 29, 2018 Online Registration for UPNEET 2018 Second Mop Up Round to be conducted for the students seeking admission in first year BDS courses.
"Online Registration for UPNEET 2018 2nd Mop Up Round for BDS (Dental) has started on August 29. The last date to register is September 03, 2018", Directorate General of Medical Education and Training Uttar Pradesh (DGME UP) said, according to the Second Mop Up Round Counseling Schedule.
How to Register for UPNEET 2018 2nd Mop Up Round
- Click here to go to official website: upneet.gov.in.
- Click on the link marked as 'NEET UG Mop Up Registration for UP' in the Menu section of the home page.
- From the Drop Down Menu, select Registration.
- Select "Course" on the next page, Enter roll Number, Application Number and Captcha Code as you see in the box.
- Click on "Login" button to proceed and complete registration.
Candidates who have registered for UPNEET 2018 2nd Mop Up Round should note that Directorate General of Medical Education and Training Uttar Pradesh (DGME UP) will publish on its website UPNEET 2nd Mop Up Round Merit List on September 04, 2018.
"Seat Allocation/Allotment/Admission for BDS Colleges under state government will be held on September 05 and September 06, 2018", according to DGME UP 2nd Mop Up Round Counseling Schedule.
The UPNEET 2018 UG 2nd Mop Up Round will be held at Kalam Centre, KGMU Lucknow.
"All eligible candidates of NEET UG 2018 will have to deposit Rs.1000/- as registration fees online and will have to register again on the website upneet.gov.in to participate in 2nd Mop Up round", the Directorate General of Medical Education and Training Uttar Pradesh (DGME UP) said.
"Candidates already admitted through all India quiotas and the candidates of first or second counseling of state (alloted/admitted/resigned) are not eligible for 2nd Mop Up Round", it said.
"Candidates will have to deposit their educational, caste certificate and other documents in original at the time of UPNEET 2nd Mop Up Round. Otheriwse their candidature will not be considered", it added.
"Candidates should also note that a demand draft of Rs.2,00,000/- for provate dental seats payable at Lucknow and in favour of 'Director General Medical Education & Training. Uttar Pradesh, will have to be compulsorily deposited as security", it said.
"Security deposit will not be accepted in cash at any cost", the Directorate General of Medical Education and Training Uttar Pradesh (DGME UP) said.
The Directorate General of Medical Education and Training, Uttar Pradesh is functioning directly under the State Government. Its important functions are to run and strengthen Medical and Dental Colleges and other Medical/Paramedical diploma, degree, post graduate and super speciality programs in the State of U.P.
The National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET UG -2018) is organized all over India. Students who had cracked 12th standard UP board Inter exam participated in the test. After declaration of NEETT result, every state individually accepts online applications for admissions in medical colleges. Accordingly, the Directorate General of Medical Education and Training Uttar Pradesh (DGME UP) has also called for applications from the NEET qualifiers.
