New Delhi: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) on Friday declared online the Final Result of the Combined Higher Secondary Level (10+2) Examination 2016 (CHSL 2016) on its official website.
The Combined Higher Secondary Level (10+2) Examination 2016 (CHSL 2016) was held for recruitment to the posts of Lower Division Clerk, Court Clerk, Postal Assistant/Sorting Assistant and Data entry Operator.

Al glance on the result sheet shows that a total of 6,431 candidates have qualified for the posts notified for SSC CHSL 2016.
A total of 2878 candidates have qualified for LDC post; 25 for Court Clerk, 3295 for Postal Assistant/ Sorting Assistant post and 233 for Data Entry Operator post.
The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) was established in November 4, 1975. The organisation works under the Government of India and recruits staff for several posts in the various Ministries and Departments of the Government of India and in subordinate offices.
The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is headquartered in New Delhi having seven regional offices at Allahabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Guwahati, Chennai, Bangalore. It also has two Sub-Regional Offices at Raipur and Chandigarh.
Each regional office is headed by a Regional Director and each sub-regional office is headed by a Deputy-Director.
