New Delhi: Qasim Saif of Indore in Madhya Pradesh and Garima Vaish of New Delhi have shared the All India Rank (AIR) first position in the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) CS Foundation December 2017 exam result of which was declared on Wednesday.
A total of 395 candidates are among the top 25 positions. There are three female candidates among the top 03 including 05 females who are among top 25. Khushi Khurana from Ashoknagar came second with 92%, followed by Muskan Jain of Ratlam whereas Mansi Karandikar stood at number three.
Qasi Saif and Garima Vaish both scored 93% marks and topped the country in the all important Company Secretary (CS) Foundation exam. Overall pass percent stands at 67.14 per cent. The CS Foundation Programme (CBE) and Executive and Professional Programme were held on December 29 and December 30, 2017. The result along with E-Marksheet of the candidates are available online and can be accessed from the ICSI website.
“I’m overwhelmed. I expected a rank, but didn’t expected to ace it. My family is proud of me,” Qasim Saif, the topper, said while talking to reporter after the CS Foundation result was out.

- Enter Roll Number
- Click on Submit
- Result will be downloaded. Take a printout
The ICSI notification had earlier said that no physical copy of ICSI CS foundation Result or E-Marksheet will be issued to the candidates. Hence, candidates will be able to check their result only from the ICSI website. As per the schedule announced earlier, the CS Foundation result 2017 were supposed to be declared on February 25. The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) however declared the result four days in advance.
The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is the only recognized professional body in India to develop and regulate the profession of Company Secretaries in India. It is a premier national professional body set up under an act of Parliament, the Company Secretaries Act, 1980. The next CS Foundation exam will be held on June 9 and 10, 2018.
