“However, since Tuesday is the last day for all state Haj committees to complete the process, the Haj Qurrah of Pilgrims from Kerala is likely to be completed by the central Hajj Committee of India at its Mumbai headquarters today afternoon”, he added.

Some pilgrims have filed petition in the Supreme Court of India challenging the government’s decision to cancel the exemption from the Qurrah the applicants who had applied consecutively for four years.
