
Gurgaon: The Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET 2018) examination will be held on December 22 and 23, 2018, Board of School Education Haryana (BSEH) announced Tuesday while releasing the HTET 2018 notification on its website bseh.org.in.
"The Board of School Education Haryana has decided to conduct the HTET Exam on 22nd & 23rd December, 2018", the Board of School Education Haryana (BSEH) said.
"The said exam will be conducted without fear and favour, in a transparent manner without any interference", the board said.
"The board will use latest Technology (Jammers, Aadhar Based Biometric, Frisking, CCTV online Surveillance, Videography) for smooth conduct of Exam. The Board will ensure that utmost secrecy is maintained while evaluating answer sheets of the candidates to instill confidence in the all stakeholders", the board said.
The exams will be conducted at every district headquarters of the state including Jhajjar, Rohtak, Jind, Mahendergarh, Palwal, Mewat and Bhiwani will be able to appear at their home districts.
The HTET exam is the qualifying examination for recruitment of teachers in Haryana government-run schools.
Candidates who wish to appear for HTET 2018 will be able to register online on websites: www.htet.nic.in, hbse.ac.in and bseh.org.in. The HTET 2018 application/registration is likely to start from October 22, 2018.
Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) December 2018 will be conducted as per the following schedule.
- Part I held for Primary Teacher: Qualifying exam to teach classes 1 to 5
- Part II held for TGT - Trained Graduate Teacher: Qualifying exam to teach classes 6 to 8
- Part III is the Qualifying exam to become a Post Graduate Teacher (PGT)
The selection is done on the basis of the candidate's performance in the written test followed by interview.
The candidates who aspire to teach at elementary, secondary and senior secondary levels are required to clear this exam, so as to be qualified to teach in any school.
