UPSC Civil Services Prelims Results 2019: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has today declared on its website upsc.gov.in the UPSC Civil Services (IAS, IPS, IFS and others) Preliminary Exam Result 2019.
The UPSC Civil Services Prelims Results is declared Friday evening and is now available on UPSC official website.
There were 2 compulsory papers i.e. General Ability Test (GAT) and the Civil Service Aptitude Test (CSAT) of 200 marks each for the UPSC Civil Services Prelims examination 2019. The UPSC has introduced negative marking for 1/3rd marks for the June 2019 Prelim exam.
The candidates declared passed have to apply again in the Detailed Application Form-I for Civil Services (Main) Examination 2019, the UPSC said.
All the qualified candidates are advised to fill up the DAF-I ONLINE and submit the same ONLINE for admission to the Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2019 during the period from 01/08/2019 (Thursday) to 16/08/2019 (Friday) till 6:00 P.M.
"Candidates are also informed that marks, cut off marks and answer keys of screening test held through CS (P) Examination, 2019 will be uploaded on the Commission’s website only after the entire process of the Civil Services Examination, 2019 is over i.e. after the declaration of final result", the UPSC said.
A candidate qualifying the UPSC Civil Services Prelims exam will appear for Civil Services Main Exam. According to the UPSC Exam Calendar, the UPSC Main (Written) exam 2019 will be held for 05 days starting from September 20, 2019. The UPSC Main exam will be followed by Personal Interview.
