Patna: The Rashtriya Janata Dal chief Lalu Prasad's elder son Tej Pratap Yadav on Wednesday blamed Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and Bajrang Dal for mob lynching incidents in Bihar and across the country.
"RSS and Bajrang Dal are behind mob lynching in Bihar and across the country," Tej Pratap Yadav, former Bihar Health Minister said in a reference to mob lynching.
Yadav's party RJD along with other opposition parties had repeatedly raised this issue in the ongoing monsoon session of the state Assembly.
Killing of Muslims and Dalits by violent Hindu mobs has become a routine ever since Narendra Modi and his BJP came to power in 2014.
In the last one week alone, over half a dozen lynching incidents have been reported from Bihar.
