KCET 2024: When, Where and How to Check

The Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET 2024 also called as UGCET 2024) result is declared at a press conference addressed by Education Minister. This year due to model code of conduct, Karnataka UGCET result will be announced by officials.

KCET 2024 Result Date: The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) is set to declare KCET 2024 (UGCET 2024 and Karnataka CET 2024) on May 20, 2024, according to the entrance exam scheduled released earlier.

The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) had conducted UGCET 2024 on April 18 and 19, 2024. The Kannada Language Test was held on April 20, 2024.

KCET Answer Key

After conclusion of the engineering, medical, pharmacy and agriculture entrance test, the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) released UGCET Provisional Answer Keys on April 29, 2024.

The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) had asked the candidates to raise objections, if any, by May 07, 2024.

Based on the objections raised by the candidates, the Karnataka Examination Authority will now prepare the Karnataka UGCET 2024 result.

Before announcing the KCET result, the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) will release the Final Answer Keys.

Candidates should note that KCET result will be based on the Final Answer Keys.

KCET Result Date

According to the KEA notification, Karnataka UGCET 2024 result will be declared on May 20, 2024.

Once declared the KCET result will be available for download on the official website "cetonline.karnataka.gov.in".

Candidates will need to enter ID and password to access the KCET result.

UGCET 2024 Counselling

Following the result declaration, KEA will then conduct the UGCET Counselling held for admission in various undergraduate courses including engineering, medical, pharmacy, agriculture and other courses.

Though the KEA schedule says UGCET result will be announced on May 20, 2024, it can be announced few days in advance.

Along with the UGCET result, KEA will also release Merit List giving details of candidates' rank. KCET Rank is important as admission is done based on KCET score amd rank.
