TN NEET UG Round 1 Allotment 2026 Today; Time, Link to Check

Tamil Nadu MBBS / BDS Allotment Result 2026: The Directorate of Medical Education Tamil Nadu (DME Tamil Nadu) is releasing on its official website 'tnmedicalselection.net' NEET UG 2026 Round 1 Seat Allotment Result, also called as Admission List, of the students who have registered for TN MBBS (Medical) and BDS (Dental) Counselling 2026 for admission in different medical colleges of the state.
"The processing of seat allotment will be done on August 25 and 26, 2026. The results will be published on August 27 2026", the DME Tamil Nadu said in a notification released to confirm TN NEET UG 2026 allotment result date and time.
Candidates, who are allotted seats in TN MBBS BDS Round 1 Counselling 2026, should note that they will be required to confirm their admission from August 27 to September 05, 2026 before 12:00 Noon.
TN NEET UG 2026 Round 1 Counselling Schedule
Candidates participating in TN NEET UG 2026 (MBBS and BDS) Round 1 Counselling should note that the online registration and choice filling/locking, for both Government and Management quota seats, had started from August 13, 2026. The last date of application and choice filling/choice locking for both was August 19, 2026 up to 06:00 PM, as per the original counselling schedule.
As per the Tamil Nadu Medical and Dental Counselling Revised Schedule, the candidates were asked to register, and fill their choices and lock their choices till 05:00 PM of August 24, 2026. The processing of seat allotment were done on August 25 and 26, 2026.
The Tamil Nadu Medical Selection Committee will now publish today i.e. Thursday August 27, 2026 the Seat Allotment Result based on the options submitted by the registered candidates and their rank and NEET score in the Merit List.
Candidates will be able to download their Allotment Order from August 27 to September 05, 2026, 12.00 NOON.
Steps to check TN NEET UG 2026 Seat Allotment result
- Go to the website: "tnmedicalselection.net".
- Under UG Courses, click on the link marked as MBBS/BDS
- Click on the link marked as "Tamil Nadu NEET UG 2026 Seat Allotment Result"
- Check your name and the name of the allotted college
The TN Medical Selection Committee has confirmed the date to publish the NEET UG Allotment Result. It has not confirmed exact time to release the allotment result. The list will, however, be released any time by today evening.
Candidates, who are allotted a seat in the First Round of TN Medical MBBS and BDS Counselling 2026, should download Allotment Order from the website and report to the allotted college from August 27 to September 05, 2026 till 12:00 Noon.

TN MBBS / BDS Rankwise Counselling
Candidates should also note that the TN Medical Selection Committee had published the Rank List (Merit List) on August 10, 2026. The counselling will be held based on the rank of the candidates. The rank of the candidates are GR 001 to GR 35,926 having their NEET UG 2026 score from 705 to 177.
The DME Tamil Nadu has also released on the official website list of candidates eligible for MBBS (medical) and BDS (dental) counselling. The lists of eligible candidates are released category-wise.
