Millia to host Inter-University hockey

Delhi: Jamia Millia Islamia is going to host the Inter
University Men's Hockey Tournament (North Zone) Dec 28-Jan 4.
Twenty-seven universities will participate.
The teams have been divided into four pools and 29 matches will be
played amongst them. Of these, 23 will be played in the knockout
stage and six at the league level.
The inaugural match will be played in the Faculty of Education
ground while the final will be held at the Jamia Sports Complex
ground, one of the training venues for the Delhi Commonwealth
Games.
