World leaders on Twitter

With Prime Minister Manmohan Singh
latest off the block, some 70 world leaders are now on Twitter for
better engaging with their citizens.
According to Digital Policy Council, a US-based think tank on
governance, 69 world leaders had Twitter accounts set up in their
personal name or through their offices by end-2011.
The world leaders on Twitter include:
