Rehmani 30 students shine again in IIT-JEE results

Malegaon: In another impressive results, 07 of the 30 students from Bihar's Rehmani 30, a free coaching centre for underprivileged students, have cracked the highly competitive Indian Institute of Technology-Joint Entrance Examination (IIT-JEE) this year, its director said Friday.

"It is again good news that this year, 07 out of the 30 students made it to the IIT-JEE... it has underlined how with proper opportunity, students from poor families can also reach the prestigious IIT," Rehmani 30 founder Syed Mohd Wali Rehmani said while speaking to ummid.com.

The successful candidates are Bashmakh Yazeed of Maharashtra, Nadeem Akhtar of Rohtas, Faisal Saifee and Mohd Osama of Uttar Pradesh, and Shaeque Mustafa, Mubashshir Imam and Mohd Tehseen Alam of Bihar. 

"All of them have managed to successfully chase their IIT-JEE dreams at Rehmani 30 with their commitment and hard work," he said.

 

Three students from the coaching centre in Bangalore have also cracked the IIT JEE exams. The centre was started a year ago in association with Rehmani 30 of Bihar.

 

The three students of Banglare are: Afnaz, Ashfaque and Ghazi.

Rehmani 30 came to the limelight when in 2008 all of its ten students cracked one of the toughest engineering entrance exams.

The results of IIT-JEE 2012, which was held April 8, were announced Friday morning.
