American arrested with cartridges at Delhi airport

New Delhi: An American
has been arrested at the Indira Gandhi International Airport here
with 23 live cartridges, police said Sunday.
The man, identified as Jeffrey J. Worn, was arrested Saturday when
he was about to board a Turkish Airlines flight.
"Worn said he brought the bullets from the US. But he was not
holding valid license," a police officer said.
