Ranchi: The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) declared online the Jharkhand Board Intermediate Class 12 Arts Result 2016 today i.e. Thursday June 09, 2016 at 04:00 pm. Students can now visit the JAC website mentioned below to check their results.

Once declared the Jharkhand board JAC Intermediate Class 12 Arts results 2016 will be available online on the official website www.jac.nic.in.

The JAC Inter Class 12 Arts result 2016 will also be available on: www.jagranjosh.com and www.jharresults.nic.in.

Students can click on any one of the above website to check their results.

Steps to check JAC results 2016:

  1. Visit the official website www.jac.nic.in.
  2. Click on the link ‘INTER (ARTS) EXAMINATION RESULT - 2016’
  3. Enter your roll number and other required details in the respected fields
  4. The results will be displayed
  5. Check and save the result

The list of toppers in the state will follow after results declaration. It’s also expected that JAC will also make the answer sheets of toppers public for transparency just like it did last year.

Students should note that the The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) in itself has so far not officially announced that it is declaring the results today. However, on its official website the JAC Inter Class 12 Arts Result link has already been added, though it is inactive.

The link will be active once the results are declared online.

According to media reports, the JAC Intermediate Result 2016 for Arts stream students is likely to be published online after a brief declaration ceremony at Ranchi office. Jharkhand Education Minister Neera Yadav and JAC Chariman Dr. Arbind Prasad Singh are likely to preside over the declaration function for JAC Inter Result 2016.

The Jharkhand board has already declared JAC Inter Class 12 (Science and Commerce) results on May 20. The Intermediate exams commenced from February 16 and ended on March 10, 2016. The council had organized the exams at around 459 test venues across the state for which a total of 3,89,592 students appeared including Science and Commerce stream students.

The Jharkhand 12th Arts Result 2016 was delayed due to the indefinite strike by JAC employees. Earlier, it was slated to be declared on May 25.
