Best time for sex

A latest survey along with suggesting the best time to eat, drink and sleep says having sex in the morning or at least 45 minutes after a person wakes up lowers blood pressure and keeps couples upbeat throughout the day.

The best time of the day to have sex is at 7:30 in the morning, at about 45 minutes after waking up. At this time, energy levels are high after waking up from rest, which means both participants have more stamina.

The survey by Forza Supplements, asked 1,000 survey participants to report on the best time to have sex, and a number of other activities.

Engaging in sex leads to a rush of endorphins, lowering a person's blood pressure and stress levels, and leaves a person more upbeat throughout the day, the survey revealed.

The survey also found that the best times for breakfast, lunch, and dinner are 7:15 a.m., 12:15 p.m, and 6:00 p.m. respectively. However, to maximize the weight loss, snack times at 3:30 in the afternoon and 8:15 in the evening should be avoided.

According to the survey, the best time to go for a run is just before 7 in the morning. If you're really focused on burning fat, doing your morning cardio on an empty stomach also burns more fat because of the lower levels of glycogen, blood sugar, and insulin as a result of overnight fasting.
