New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi seldom forgets to mention his much publicised 'Make in India' - the idea which was praised even by his opponent Rahul Gandhi. But in yet another example to show how different are Modi's work from words, the Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) issued the entry passes having a declaration which read "Made in China".
The BJP's Make in India farce was exposed when Liz Mathew, associate editor with the Indian Express, posted the picture of an entry pass that had an inscription in English as well as Chinese.
Ironically, Hindi, which is touted by most of the BJP leaders as the national language, could not find slightest mention. The passes have a 'Made in China' logo as well.
Liz on Twitter wrote,"This is the backside of entry pass for @BJP4India national executive meet. Made in China."

The National Executive meeting of the BJP held on Monday was attended by over 13 Chief Ministers and over 1,400 legislators besides 334 MPs.
Though the BJP has not formally issued any statement on the news, some social media users said that it is fake news.
''Why would BJP use Name-Post Unit format?. And BJP has better brains than to use Mandarin in their forms", a social media user said.
"Wrong info. I was present at Registration counter where passes were issued. There was no such backside", a Tweeier user said to Liz Mathew.
Liz Mathew however remained committal and said what she had tweeted is what actually she had seen.
"No sir. It was not. What I tweeted was the backside of the pass for some delegates", she said.
Interestingly,
amid the border standoff between India and China, the Hindutva affiliate organisation had given a call to boycott Chinese-made school stationery, other products and promote use of "swadeshi" products.
