UPSEE 2019: APJ Abdul Kalam University(AKTU) conducts UPSEE every year. AKTU has formed a body called CAB or Central Admission Board to look after the UPSEE every year. CAB is headed by none other than vice-chancellor of AKTU. More than 500 colleges participated in UPSEE-2018 and no less is expected in UPSEE-2019.
Not only students but also the conducting body goes through the grill to successfully conduct the exam. There are very good government and non-government colleges such as IET, Lucknow and JSS, Noida which participate in the exam.
Notification and Forms for the UPSEE 2019 will be available at the end of January. Applicants will be able to fill the form till the month of March. The exam is slated to happen in April and the results are expected by June third week. UPSEE-2018 witnessed 3 rounds of counseling. Round-1 started on 25th June while seats were confirmed on 5th July. This was followed by Round-2 and Round-3 counseling.
The pattern of the exam is not too complicated. In total there are 150 questions equally divided into Physica, Maths, and Chemistry. The duration of the exam is 3 hours. Each correct answer carries 4 marks while a wrong answer does not invite any negative marks.
There are no specific mantras to excel in UPSEE 2019. But students must be very well-versed with there 12th standard syllabus. At least you should have a good understanding of 12th standard Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology. Apart from this, it is very important to do previous years question paper to understand the pattern and difficulty level of the exam. The difficulty of the paper is average, and a student with good preparation of 12th standard should be able to score well in UPSEE-2019.
Almost all the states conduct the exam through there state technical universities. To name some:- The pattern remains more or less similar. The only catch remain that the most of the seats remains reserved for the students having domicile of the state and very less seats are offered to students outside the state. While on the other hand national level exams such as JEE-Main is open to all.
