CBSE 10th Result 2018: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will decide by Monday afternoon whether the CBSE Class 10th (CBSE Class Xth) result 2018 will be declared on May 30 or May 31, according to the latest update on result.
The CBSE officials had earlier said that the board will declare Classs 12th result in the beginning of the last week of May and Class 10th result at the end of the same week. Accordingly, the CBSE declared Class XIIth result Saturday May 26, 2018.
Hence going by the words of the CBSE officials it is most likely that the Class Xth result will be either declared on May 30 or May 31, though there is also a chance of the board declaring Class 10th result even on Tuesday May 29.
The picture will be cleared on Monday as the board has a tradition of announcing the result schedule through an official release at least 24 hours in advance. A release on Monday, or maximum by Tuesday, will decide the fate of the CBSE 10th Result 2018.

Steps to check CBSE 10th result 2018
- Go to the official website cbseresults.nic.in or cbse.nic.in
- Click on 'CBSE Class X result 2018' link
- Enter your Roll Number, School No. and Centre No.
- Click on "Submit" button
CBSE 10th Result via SMS and DigiLocker
Besides the official website cbseresults.nic.in, CBSE Class Xth result can be checked on cbse.nic.in and results.nic.in. Class 10 CBSE students can also check their results via SMS.
Students can use the numbers are 52001 (MTNL), 57766 (BSNL), 5800002 (Aircel), 55456068 (Idea), 54321, 51234 and 5333300 (Tata Teleservices), 54321202 (Airtel), and 9212357123 (National Informatics Centre) to check their result.
The CBSE will also provide Class X digital mark sheets in DigiLocker at digilocker.gov.in. The DigiLocker account credentials will be sent to students via SMS on their mobile number registered with CBSE. DigiLocker can also be accessed from your mobile phone on Android and iOS platforms.

CBSE Xth Result on Microsoft and Google search engine
CBSE Class 10th Results 2018 can also be accessed through Google search engine www.google.co.in and Microsoft search engine www.bing.com and SMS Organizer App on mobile which can be installed from playstore aka.ms/sms.
CBSE Class 10th results of all regions including CBSE Delhi, CBSE Mumbai, CBSE Ahmedabad, CBSE Hyderabad, CBSE Chennai, CBSE Bengaluru, CBSE Kolkata, CBSE Kerala and other states will be declared on the same day. The results of CBSE Dubai, CBSE UAE, CBSE Riyadh and other international centers will also be declared simultaneously.
More than 16 lakh students appeared for the CBSE Class 10th 2018 exams held at various centres in India and abroad. The exam was marred by reports of paper leak.
In 2017, CBSE Class 10th result was declared on June 03. A total of 16,67,573 students from 16,354 schools had appeared for the 2017 CBSE Class X exam held at 3,974centres. The CBSE Class 10th pass percentgae in 2017 was 90.95 - about 05% less than 2016.
