Uttar Pradesh Board Result 2019 Class 10: Gautam Raghuvanshi has topped the Uttar Pradesh board in 2019 High School or Class 10 (UPMSP Class X) exam result of which is declared today. Gautam Raghuvanshi has secured 97.17 percent marks to secure the 1st position in the 2019 Merit List. The 15-year-old topper from Kanpur wants to study at IIT.
Shivam Bharat Lal came 2nd with 97.00% marks and Tanuja Vishwakarma bagged the 3rd position with 96.83% marks.
Zainab Mohd Vakeel shared the 9th rank in the merit list with Priyanshu Gupta and Divyani Singh. All three scored 94.50% marks.
The overall pass percentage of Uttar Pradesh board Class 10 this year is 80.07 - an improvement by more than 05% as compared to last year. In 2018, the overall pass percentage was 75.16%.

The Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad, Allahabad Uttar Pradesh declared today i.e. Saturday April 27, 2019 on its official website upmsp.edu.in and upresults.nic.in the High School or Class 10 (UPMSP Class X) result 2019.
According to the exam date sheet released by the Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad, Allahabad Uttar Pradesh (UPMSP), the Class 10 (Matric) exams in the state began from February 07, 2019 and ended on February 28.
A total of 57.9 lakh candidates had registered for the 2019 board exams. Of them 32 lakh registered for Class X exam whereas over 25 lakh students registered for Class XII exam. According to media reports, nearly 06 lakh students skipped the examination. Hence result of only 52 lakh students will be announced today.
Along with 10th Matric result, the UP board is also declaring today 12th Intermediate result on its official website.
In 2017, UP board results were declared on result on June 09. In 2016 and 2015, the Lucknow board results were declared in the month of May. However, in 2018, the Uttar Pradesh result of both 10th and 12th were decalred on April 29, 2019.
Allahabad girl Anjali Verma was the 2018 UP State topper securing the first rank. Yashaswi of Fatehpur came second with 94.50% marks. Vinay Kumar Verma of Sitapur came 3rd with 94.17 per cent and Swati Verma of Gonda who bagged 94.1 per cent marks came 4th.
In 2018, around 75.16% students cleared the examination successfully. The girls outperformed boys, 78.81% girls cleared the examination successfully, while the pass percentage of boys was 72.27, according to the UP board.
