KEAM Engg/Arch/Pharmacy/MBBS/BDS Counselling 2019: The Office of the Kerala Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE Kerala) has published the result of Second Phase Allotment (Round 2 Seat Allotment) for admission to First Year Engineering/Architecture and Pharmacy and 1st Phase Allotment of MBBS/BDS/Agri/Forest/Vetarinary Courses.
"The 2nd Phase of allotment to Engineering, Architecture and Pharmacy courses and the 1st Phase of allotment to MBBS/BDS/Agriculture/Forestry/Fisheries/Veterinary Courses 2019 is published on the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in." the Office of the Kerala Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE Kerala) said.
"In this phase allotment is also done to the seats earmarked under Community/Registered Trust/Registered Society Quota in Private Self Financing Engineering/Architecture colleges, the seats earmarked for the wards of employees in the Self Financing Engineering colleges under the Co-operative Academy of Professional Education (CAPE) and the NRI Quota seats in private self-financing Medical/Dental Colleges", Kerala Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE Kerala) said.
"The details of allotment of a candidate such as Name, Roll Number, Allotted Course, Allotted College, Category of Allotment, Fee details etc. will be available on the home page of the candidate as well as in the Allotment Memo. The candidates should take a printout of the allotment memo from the Home Page", it said.
Candidates who receive an allotment afresh should remit the fees to be paid to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations as specified in the allotment memo at any of the Head Post Offices in Kerala or by way of Online Payment on any date from 09.07.2019 to 12.07.2019 and should join the course/college allotted before 3 pm on 12.07.2019. The list of Post Offices having facility for fee payment is available in the website.
"The candidates who get a change in allotment other than that of the first allotment should pay the balance fee, if applicable, in any Head Post Office in Kerala or by way of Online Payment on any date from 09.07.2019 to 12.07.2019 and should join the course/college allotted as per the second phase allotment memo before 3 pm on 12.07.2019", KEAM said.
Thus all the candidates who have an allotment should join the course/college allotted as per the allotment memo before 3 pm on 12.07.2019. The detailed schedule showing the date and time for joining the Engineering/Architecture /Pharmacy/MBBS/BDS courses is published in the website www.cee-kerala.org. The candidates for Engineering courses who are not able to join the course/college as per the schedule can join the college before 3 pm on 12.07.2019 by intimating the college authorities concerned.
"Candidates who have an allotment can download the ‘Data Sheet’ containing the basic details of the candidates by clicking the menu item ‘Data Sheet’ available in the home page of the candidate. The printout of this Data Sheet is to be produced before the college authorities at the time of admission", it said.
Those candidates who do not remit the fee/balance fee (if applicable) and who do not join the course/college allotted within the stipulated time (including candidates eligible for fee concession) will lose their allotment as well as all the existing higher options in the stream to which the allotment belongs.
The 3rd phase of Allotment to Professional Degree courses will start on 12.07.2019 and published on 17th July, 2019. Facility for online option confirmation and for rearranging the existing options/deleting the unwanted options/filing of fresh options to the new courses and colleges, if any, will be provided before the third round of allotment. Third phase of allotment will be the last phase of allotment to Self Financing Engineering/Architecture colleges, Kerala Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE Kerala) said.
