FYJC Admission 2019: Students who have passed the Maharashtra Class 10 SSC 2019 examination and are seeking admission in First Year Junior College (FYJC) in Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Aurangabad, Nashik and Amravati should note that Part 2 Form filling should start any moment and hence they should be ready with all necessary details.
Part 1 Form filling for admission in First Year Junior College (FYJC) in Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Aurangabad, Nashik and Amravati was started before declaration of the SSC result. The process is still underway and the students who have not yet filled the Part 1 Form should immediately do so.
"Online admission form has to be filled in two steps. Part 1 (Personal Information) Part 2 (Preference order). Part-1 of the application form will be available to fill before the declaration of Std.10th (State Board) result. The information of this part has to be filled and get approved once only", the School Education and Sports Department (SESD) said.
"Process to fill up Part-2, will begin immediately on declaration of SSC result (Sate Board). Before every round, Part-2 of application form can be updated", it added.
The Maharashtra Education Board declared the SSC Class 10 Result 2019 on Saturday June 08, 2019. Accordingly, the Part 2 Form filling should start in the coming week - may be from Monday.
Candidates should note that unless and until they fill the FYJC Option Form 1 (Part 1) and get it approved from their respective schools, they will not be able to complete FYJC Part 2 Registration.
Students shoul also note that FYJC Admission 2019 Schedule for all six regions inlcuding Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Aurangabad, Nashik and Amravati is common and same. Hence students in the 06 cities who are seeking FYJC Admission should immediately complete Part 1 Form filling and later Part 2 Registration. The websites for the 06 cities are:
Students participating in FYJC 2019 Admission Process should note that there will be four Merit Lists. All the Merit Lists will be declared on the basis of the merit, category and the order of preferences of the applicant.
The FYJC Admision 2019 will have ZFYJC Admision 2019 will have Zero Round, Three Regular Rounds, Special Round and FCFS Rounds i.e. First Come First Serve Rounds.
Zero round will be arranged before the regular rounds. In this round the admission to the Bifocal courses and HSVC stream will be given through Centralised Admission Process. From this round all Junior Colleges will start the admissions of management quota, intra-institutional inhouse quota and minority quota too.
"After the zero round vacant seats of bifocal subjects will be filled in as per the merit of the student at the Junior College level from the students admitted through regular round and it will be uploaded on the concerned website", the School Education and Sports Department (SESD) said.
