MHT CET 2020 Revised Schedule: The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra State has revised the dates and schedule of MHT CET 2020 exams announced earlier.
The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra State had earlier said that MHT CET 2020 will be held tentatively between April 13 to 23, 2020.
The Maharashtra Entrance Cell however now says that the MHT CET 2020 will be held between April 20 to 23, 2020.
The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra State started receiving online application through its website mhtcet2020.mahaonline.gov.in for MHT CET 2020 from Tuesday January 07, 2020.
Candidate who want to appear for MHT CET 2020 should apply (without late fees) before February 29, 2020 and with late fee before March 07, 2020.
Follow the steps given below to apply for MHT CET 2020.
MAH CET 2020, also known as MHT CET 2020 conducted for Bachelor in Engineering or Technology/Bachelor in Pharmacy, is being held in Online Mode i.e Computer Based Test (CBT) since 2019.
Application Fee payable is as follows:
For General Category Candidates from Maharashtra State, Outside Maharashtra State (OMS), J & K Migrant candidates : Rs.800/- + Service Charges Candidates of Backward Class Categories [SC, ST, VJ/DT- NT(A), NT(B), NT(C), NT(D), OBC, SBC] and Persons with Disability Candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only. : Rs.600/- + Service Charges
For General Category Candidates from Maharashtra State, Outside Maharashtra State (OMS), J & K Migrant candidates : Rs.800/- + Service Charges
Candidates of Backward Class Categories [SC, ST, VJ/DT- NT(A), NT(B), NT(C), NT(D), OBC, SBC] and Persons with Disability Candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only. : Rs.600/- + Service Charges
Students should note that MHT CET 2020 application fee should be made online through Credit/Debit Card and Net-banking. Students should also note that at the time of transaction, if the amount is debited, they should not try new Application.
"Please wait for 24 hrs and try for the payment once again in the same registered email id. If the amount is not debited, you can try the payment again", the CET cell said.
Candidates should also note that applications sent by Post/Courier etc., will be rejected and no communication in this regard will be made.
"It should also be noted that no documents are required to be submitted at the stage of registration for CET. However, Candidates are advised to keep the necessary original documents ready for verification at the time of Document verification stage, during Centralized Admission Process (CAP)", the MHT CET 2020 notification said.
All the candidates passed / appearing at the qualifying examination i.e. HSC/12th Standard examination or its equivalent examination and having Indian Nationality are eligible for appearing for MHT-CET 2020. There is no age limit for admission and appearing to MHT-CET 2020.
