Haryana Class 10 Result 2020: The Haryana Board of Secondary Education (HBSE), also known as Board of School Education Haryana (BSEH) Bhiwani, has decided to postpone the declaration of the result of Matric Class 10 SSC exam held in Feb/March 2020.

Haryana board Class 10 Matric 2020 result was scheduled to be declared today i.e. Monday June 8. However, it will now be declared only after the exam for the pending Science Paper is conducted by the board.

The decision is taken after the state government asked the Haryana board to conduct the exam for the Science paper. The exam for science subject could not be conducted as the coronavirus lockdown was imposed. The board had decided to give average marks to students.

"As average marks in Science paper will affect the students plan to take the stream in Class 12, the government asked board to conduct the examination. The exam will be conducted this month. The final date of the exam will be announced in coming week,” HBSE Chairman Jagbir Singh told The Indian Express.

"The Class 10 result will now be declared in July", the Board Chairman said.

A total of 338,096 candidates from different districts of Haryana have appeared for the secondary examination. Out of these secondary students, 186,153 are boys and 151,943 are girls.

The board had earlier decided to declare the Class X Matric result today i.e. Monday June 8 with an option for the students wishing to take Science stream in Class XI to appear for the pending paper later on.

"The board will declare HBSE Class 10 result today. The candidates opting for science stream in Class XI, however, will have to take the examination later", a board official had earlier said.

After the state government's directives the Haryana board has now decided to conduct the Science paper exam first and then declare the result in July, according to the latest news update regarding HBSE Bhiwani Board Class 10 Matric Result 2020.

Meawhile, Haryana Education Minister Kanwar Pal has said the result of Class 12th will be declared after the pendings exams are held.
