Haryana Board 2020: 10th result on June 8, 12th result delayed

Class 12th result will be declared only after the pending exams are held, Haryana Education Minister Kanwar Pal said

Haryana Board Result 2020: The Haryana Board of Secondary Education (HBSE), also known as Board of School Education Haryana (BSEH) Bhiwani, is set to declare Monday i.e. June 08 the result of Matric Class 10 SSC exam held in Feb/March 2020 on its official website bseh.org.in and associate websites.

The result of Class 12 exams conducted by the Haryana board however is delayed. It will be declared only after the pending exams are held, Haryana Education Minister Kanwar Pal said.

"The Haryana Board of Secondary Education (HBSE) is ready to declare the Class 10 Matric result on Monday June 8, 2020", the minister said on Wednesday.

Kanwar Pal was talking to media in his Chandigarh office.

Kanwar Pal also said that Class 12th result 2020 could not be declared till the pending exams are completed.

"Some papers of Class XIIth are still pending. They will be conducted in the month of July. The results of Class XII would be declared only after the completion of board examinations", he said.

No winter vacation

Regarding opening of schools and colleges in Haryana Kanwar Pal said the state will conduct 'demo' classes after consulting with stakeholders in July.

"Haryana has decided to start teaching in schools in July, and in colleges and universities in August", he said.

"We will reopen schools in a phased manner by starting teaching work for Classes 10, 11 and 12 from July 1, for Classes VI, VII, VIII and IX after 15 days and for the primary classes in August," he said.

"For demo classes, half of the students in a class would be called one day, and the remaining half on the next day. The schools could be run in morning and evening two shifts", he said.

"There will be no winter vacation in this academic session", the minister said.
