Madhya Pradesh NEET UG Round 1 Allotment 2026: Department of Medical Education (DME) Madhya Pradesh is releasing on its official website 'dme.mponline.gov.in' Round 1 Seat Allotment Result of NEET UG 2026 (Medical MBBS and Dental - BDS) Counselling today i.e. Thursday August 20, 2026.
"First Round Allotment List (Provisional) - MP State Combined NEET UG Counselling 2026 (MBBS/BDS Course) will be published on August 20, 2026", DME Madhya Pradesh said in the NEET UG 2026 schedule of MP Medical Counselling.
DME MP NEET UG 2026 Round 1 Allotment
he DME Madhya Pradesh had started NEET UG 2026 Choice Filling after releasing the MBBS and BDS Provisional Merit List Friday August 14, 2026. The duration of option submission and choice filling was from August 15 to 18, 2026.
Based on the options submitted by the candidates, the DME Madhya Pradesh will publish today i.e. Thursday August 20, 2026 the NEET UG 2026 Round 1 Allotment Result (MBBS and BDS seat allotment) on its official website.

Steps to MP NEET UG 2026 Round 1 Allotment Result
- Go to the official website: "dme.mponline.gov.in".
- Click on the box marked as "Allotment List" and click on First Round Seat Allotment result.
- The round 1 allotment result will be available in PDF.
- Check your name and allotted college in NEET UG Round 1 Allotment Result 2026 list
Candidates should note the DME Madhya Pradesh has confirmed the date, and not the time, of release of NEET UG 2026 First Round Result. It will however release the result any time by today afternoon, candidates should note.

- Publication of vacancies and invitation of objection: August 11, 2026
- Disposal of objection and release of final vacant seats: August 12, 2026

DME MP NEET UG Round 2 Counselling
Candidates should note that Madhya Pradesh NEET UG 2026 Second and Consequent rounds of counselling will be held for those who are not allotted seat in the first round or for the students who are not satisfied with the allotted seat.
Candidates should note that date of cancellation and resignation of admission at allotted college is from August 21 to 27, 2026.
DME Madhya Pradesh will publish vacancy for 2nd Round of NEET UG 2026 Medical and Dental Counselling after August 27, 2026.
Candidates who could not get admission in first round would be allowed Choice and Option filling for second round the date and schedule of which will be released in a day or two.
Candidates should note that Second and Consequent rounds will be held for those who are not allotted admission in the first round or for the students who are not satisfied with the allotted seat.
