Four Kashmir cops killed in ambush

Srinagar: Four Jammu and Kashmir Police personnel were killed in a guerrilla ambush in Baramulla district Friday, police said.

Separatist guerrillas waiting in ambush attacked a police vehicle in Hygam area of the north Kashmir district, a senior police officer here told IANS.

"Four policemen, including the driver of the vehicle, have been killed in the attack," the official said, adding details of the incident were awaited.
