Raipur (Chhattisgarh): Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board CGVYAPAM Raipur has on Tuesday released online the Admit Cards for CG State Eligibility Test (SET) on its official website cgvyapam.choice.gov.in.
The CG State Eligibility Test (SET) will be held after a gap of four years on September 17, 2017.
The exam is held for candidates aspiring to become Assistant Professors and Lecturers in various colleges, universities and other educational institutes across Chhattisgarh.
The online application process for CG SET 2017 was carried out from 22nd July to 11th August.
The applicants are advised to bring ID proofs like Aadhaar Card, Voter ID Card, PAN Card, Driving License or Passport along with the Admit Card during the SET exam.
The CG SET exam will be conducted at five exam centers including Bastra, Sarguja, Durg, Bilaspur, and Raipur.
TheCG SET 2017 comprises of three Papers.
- Paper 1 will have 60 questions based on logical ability. The questions will be asked to evaluate the varied thinking and general awareness of the applicant. Paper 1 will have 100 marks. Time duration of Paper 1 will be 01 hr 15 minutes.
- Paper 2 (50 questions) to be based on the chosen subject paper by the applicant. Paper 2 will also have a total of 100 marks. Time duration of Paper 2 will be 01 hr 15 minutes.
- Paper 3 (75 questions) to be based on the chosen subject paper by the applicant, and will will carry a total of 150 marks. Time duration of Paper 3 will be 2 hours 30 minutes
Candidates should note that there is no negative marking for the CG SET exam.
