New Delhi: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) today i.e. Wednesday January 03, 2018 released online the result of the Indian Forest Services (Main) Examination held in December 2017.
The UPSC Indian Forest Service (IFS) Main exam was on Sunday December 03, 2017 with General English as the first paper in the morning session. It continued till December 13, 2017.
Candidates who had appeared for the IFS Main December 2017 Written exam can check their result by following the steps given below.

- The result will open in PDF file.
The UPSC IFS main examination were held at the centres in Bhopal, Chennai, Delhi, Dispur (Guwahati), Hyderabad, Kolkata, Lucknow, Nagpur, Port Blair and Shimla.
The IFS Main exam will be followed by Personal Interviews.
"The candidature of these candidates is provisional subject to their being found eligible in all respects. The candidates will be required to produce the original certificates in support of their claims pertaining to age, educational qualifications, community, physical handicap and other documents such as TA Form, etc. at the time of their Personality Test", the UPSC said.
"The date of commencement as well as detailed programme of the Interview / Personality Test for these candidates will be uploaded shortly on the Commission’s website www.upsc.gov.in

"Personality Tests will be held in the Office of the Union Public Service Commission at Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi-110069. The e-Summon letters will be made available on the Commission’s website. No paper Summon Letter will be issued for the Personality Test/Interview by the Commission", the UPSC said.
