Jaipur: The Rajasthan Board Senior Secondary Examination (RBSE) is in the final stage of paper assessment and preparation of results, and dates to declare the 12th Arts, Science & Commerce will be fixed soon, a board official said.
Talking to ummid.com, a board official said the RBSE Class 12 Science and Commerce result 2018 will be declared "very soon" and a final date will be published on the result website shortly. "We will fix up the exact date to declare the Rajasthan board 12th Science and Commerce result in one and two days which accordingly be published on the board's official website", he said.
The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education Ajmer website is flashing a message that the "2018 Result (Coming soon)". This led to the speculations with many media reports claiming that the 12th Science and Commerce results will be declared on Saturday May 19, 2018. On Saturday, however, the students were informed that the Rajasthan board can declare the 12th result on Sunday May 20, 2018.
There are some media reports which claimed that the 12th Science and Commerce results will be declared anytime between May 20 and May30 whereas RBSE 12th Arts result and 10th Matric results will be declared in June. The Rajasthan Ajmer board official refused to confirm either of the claims.

The Rajasthan board 2018 exams started on March 08 and continued till April 02.
In 2017, the Rajasthan board had declared the 12th Science and Commerce result on May 15, 2017. Rajasthan board Arts 2017 result were declared on May 27 whereas Rajasthan board Class 10 Matric results were declared on June 08, 2017.
The pass percentage for 12th Science was 90.36% while for Commerce the overall pass percentage was 90.88% in 2017. Girl students recorded a pass percentage of 93.30 wheras boys' pass percentage stood at 89.21%. In Commerce stream, girl students recorded a pass percentage of 95.27 wheras boys' pass percentage was 88.56 in 2017.

With the promulgation of the Rajasthan Secondary Education Act in 1957, this Board was set up in Jaipur on 4th Dec, 1957. It was shifted to Ajmer in 1961. In the year 1973 it began functioning in its present multistoried building with an enchanting dignity of its own with all amenities.
