Patna: The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has postponed and rescheduled Matri Bhasha (MB) paper of the 12th board Intermediate 2019 exam, an official release said.
According to the original time table, Bihar board 12th Interm Matri Bhasha (MB) and Rajbhasha, National Laguage, (NRB) papers were schedule to be held on February 14, 2019.
As per the new time table and revised schedule, while the Bihar board Class 12 NRB paper will be held on Feburary 14, 2019 in the morning session from 09:30 am to 11:15 am, MB paper will be held on February 16, 2019 in the afternoon session i.e. from 01:45 pm to 03:30 pm.
Both papers will carry 50 marks each.
The Bihar board has not given any reason for rescheduling the MB paper.
The Bihar board, 2019 Intermediate or Class 12 board exams began on February 06 and will continue till February 16, 2019. The exam for all the three streams - Arts, Commerce, and Science, are being conducted in two shifts. The first shift is from morning 09:30 to afternoon 12:45 whereas the second shift is from 01:45 pm to 05:00 pm.
The first paper was of Biology for Science students, Enterpreneurship for Commerces students in the morning shift. For Arts the first paper was of Philosophy on February 06, 2018 afternoon shift. Hindi was the first paper for Vocational Course in the second shift on February 06.
The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) is established for holding and conducting an examination at the end of the Secondary School stage, for prescribing course of studies for such examination and for carrying out such other objects and duties as may be considered necessary for the purpose as stated in the Act, Rules and Regulations of the Board.
