The Unani System of Medicine, also known as Unani Tibb, is an ancient healing system that originated in Greece and was later developed and enriched by scholars in the Arab world, Persia, and India.
The Unani Medicine System is based on the concept of the four humors:
1. Blood
2. Phlegm
3. Yellow bile and
4. Black bile
The balance of these humors is believed to be crucial for maintaining health.
The aim of this article is that people should be familiar with home remedies that are based on Unani Medicines and their benefits. Therefore, we are mentioning some home remedies and discussing their medical benefits.
Here are twenty common household remedies based on Unani medicine:
