Media Conference in Mumbai

Malegaon: A one-day media conference is organised in Mumbai June 27 tomorrow by a bi-lingual monthly The Freelancer. It will be held at Hajj House in Mumbai from evening 5 to 10.
The conference titled as 'Aao udti chidya ke par gin-na seekhen' is expected to see the editors of the leading Urdu dailies and Muslim journalists working for electronic channels.
Prominent among them are Editor Inquilab Shahid Lateef, Editor Sahafat Hasan Kamal, Editor Urdu Times Alam Naqvi and Editor Roznama Hindustan Sarfaraz Aarzoo.
The conference is expected to cover wide range of topics related to the Muslim community, Islam and the Urdu media. Some of the topics included in the conference are: 'Role of Media in Global politics', 'Media and Social issues', 'Urdu Media and Rights of women', 'Media and the responsibilities of Madaris' and 'Media and its guidelines in Islam'.
The Freelancer - the organiser of this conference is the monthly magazine in English and Urdu that gets published from Mumbai.
