1,500-year old love unearthed

London: A couple were found holding their hands when their tomb in Italy was opened 1,500 years after their burial, it was reported here.

The tomb was found in Modena, Italy.

"We believe the couple were originally buried with their eyes facing each other's. I have been involved in many digs but I've never felt so moved," The Sun quoted excavation director Donato Labate as saying.
