Ranchi: The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) is most likely to declare online the Jharkhand Board Matric Class 10 Result 2017 very soon - most probably in the third week of the ongoing month May, multiple media reports have claimed.

Students who had appeared for the JAC Matric Class 10 exam in 2017 should note that the JAC board has officially not confirmed any date to release the JAC Matric results. However different websites that keep the track of result declaration are reporting that the JAC Matric results would be declared very soon - most probably in the third week of May.

There are however different dates taking rounds in the media. While some reports say the JAC Class 10 results 2017 will be declared on May 20, some other reports have claimed that the JAC Matric result declaration will be bit delayed and will be declared on May 30.

However students should not get panicked because of these conflicting reports as the JAC Ranchi board has tradition of announcing result declaration date well in advance.

Once declared the Jharkhand board JAC Matric Class 10 results 2017 will be available online on the official website jac.nic.in.

The JAC 10th result 2017 will also be available on: "jharresults.nic.in".

Students can click on any one of the above website to check their results.

Steps to check JAC Matric results 2017:

  1. Visit the official website: jac.nic.in.
  2. Click on the link ‘Matric Class X RESULT - 2017’
  3. Enter your roll number and other required details in the respected fields
  4. The results will be displayed
  5. Check and save the result

Jharkhand JAC Class 10 exams were held from 16th Feb to 1st March, 2017 at 941 centres across the state. Over 4.6 lakh students appeared for the exam.

The overall pass percentage in JAC 10th exam held in 2016 was at 67.54 percent. Of the total 4.7 lakh students appeared for Jharkhand 10th examination 2016, 3,17,655 candidates had qualified. Vikas Chaudhary with 481 out of 500 i.e. with 96.2% marks had topped the JAC 10th 2016 exams.
