06 boys, 04 girls from Aligarh Muslim University clear UP Judicial Services exam

The result of recent U P Judicial Services Exam 2016 has added more colours to Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) founder’s bicentenary celebrations.

Result of UP Judicial Services Exams 2016, conducted by UP Public Service Commission (UPPSC) saw AMU giving 10 more Civil Judges.

Prof Saghir Ahmad Khan the Director of Residential Coaching Academy (RCA), Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), informed that 10 students from AMU (6 Boys) and (4 Girls) have qualified the prestigious judicial service.

Congratulating the successful students, Prof Tariq Mansoor Vice Chancellor of AMU, said this bicentenary year has been a juncture where we have reinforced our commitment to the mission of founder by revisiting our glorious history and asserting our formidable presence on the educational map of nation through laurels and achievements earned by our students and teachers.

It’s a proud moment for entire AMU fraternity that our university has emerged as a front runner in almost every ranking in recent years. He assured students every help in fulfilling their academic and professional dreams.

He emphasised that the UPPSC result will further elevate standard of AMU appealed the successful students to pay back to their Alma Matar through their professional life.

Rumana Ahmad Secured15th Rank, Atif Siddiqui 36th, Shashank Gupta 65th, Akansha Bansal 67th, Charu Singh 83rd, Phuspendra Choudhary 119th, Swati Singh 151st, M Arif 162nd, Yughul Shambhu 199th and Anurag Singh 213th.

The UPPSC Civil Judge 2016 Main written exam was held on December 18-20, 2016. A total of 669 candidates were qualified for the personal interview.

Based on the personal interviews held between 13-09-2017 to 05-10-2017, a total of 218 candidates have been declared eligible for the post of Civil Judge, according to UPPSC.
