Tamil Nadu TRB Exam For Direct Recruitment of Special Teachers: Admit Card released

The Tamil Nadu Teachers Recruitment Board (TRB) on Wednesday released online the Admit Card or Hall Ticket for the exam to be conducted for Direct Recruitment of Special Teachers in School Education and other Departments for the year 2012 - 2016.

The Teachers Recruitment Board (TRB) has issued the admit card for exam to recruit special teachers who include Physical Education (663 vacancy), Drawing (320 vacancy), Music (82 vacancy), Sewing (244 vacancy) in School Education and other departments of the state.

The exam will be held on September 23, 2017.

How to download the TRB Admit Card/Hall Ticket:

  • Click here to go to the Admit Card Downlad page: trb.tn.nic.in and read the instructions.
  • Click on the link marked with trbonlineexams.in to download the Hall-Ticket"
  • Enter Application Number, Password and Security Key to login
  • Admit Card will be displayed on the screen
  • Download and take a printout

The exam venue and other details are provided on the admit card. If your admit card does not have a photograph, download the form provided and fill in the details, affix a recent passport size colour photograph and get it attested by a Gazetted Officer. Hand over to the admit card to the exam hall supervisor at the time of examination, along with a stamp size colour photograph.

"Some of the applications received by the board do not have the candidate’s photograph. The Board has provisionally admitted such candidates and uploaded their hall tickets without photograph.

"These candidates are advised to download the form herein and fill in the details, affix a recent passport size colour photograph and get it attested by a Gazetted Officer.

"The same must be handed over to the exam hall supervisor at the time of examination, along with a stamp size colour photograph", the TRB said in a statement.
