Mumbai: The Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) has released online the TISS National Entrance Test (NET) exam 2018 shortly on its official website.
"Candidates who have attended TISS NET 2018 may login to the online application system at https://appln.tiss.edu to access their score card", an official statement by the university said.

TISS NET is conducted for taking admission to the Master of Arts (MA) programme offered at Mumbai, Tuljapur, Guwahati, Hyderabad campuses, other locations and Master of Science (MSc) at Tuljapur campus for the academic session 2018-19.
The TISS NET 2018 was held on January 6, 2018 at 39 test centres. It was comprised of objective type questions based on General Knowledge, Analytical Ability, Logical Reasoning, and English Proficiency.
The candidates who have applied for a single programme or multiple programmes attempted a single question paper. The exam consisted of 100 questions. This includes candidates who have chosen HRM in combination with other programme/programmes.
Qualified candidates can now appear for the pre interview test or GD and personal interview. While interview carries 75 marks, GD round carries a total of 50 marks, thus totaling it to 225 marks. There's no negative marking.
For selection process, the weightage of NET is 40% and interview is 30%; the rest is for GD round.
The Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) was set up in the year 1936 as the Sir Dorabji Tata Graduate School of Social Work. In 1944, it was renamed as the Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
