BSEB OFSS Degree Admissions 2018: The candidates who have registered for admission in Bihar State Degree Colleges for the academic year 2018-19 under Online Facilitation System for Students (OFSS) but they did not find their name in the OFSS Degree Third Selection List shoud print form from the official website for Spot Admission which will commence on Thursday September 13, 2018.
Also, the candidates who have so far not registered on the official website under Online Facilitation System for Students (OFSS) but still seeking admission in Bihar State Degree Colleges can register using the link which has been made active on the OFSS Degree website.
Candidates should note that no 4th Selection List will be made available and the candidates who have not been able to get admission so far should print the form after registration and go to the respective college for OFSS Spot Admission from September 13 to September 18, 2018.
Steps for Particpation in OFSS BSEB Degree Spot Admission 2018
- Candidates who have already registered should click here to print form for spot admission: "Print Form"
- Candidates who have not registered should click here to register for spot admission: "Register for Spot Admission"
- Already Registered Candidates, enter Mobile Number, Password and Captcha Code to logi in.
- Follow the instructions on the next page to print Spot Admission Form.
- The candidates who have not registered should fill up the form, take a printout and pay the admission fees.
Candidates should note that the BSEB Bihar will release OFSS Degree Vacant Seats for Spot Admission today evening or Thursday morning. Candidates can check the availability of seats in colleges and accordingly proceed for Spot Admission starting on Thursday.

Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) had released on August 25, 2018 the Second Merit List under the Online Facilitation System for Students (OFSS) seeking admissions in various degree colleges for the academic year 2018-19.
The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) had started online registration from the students who have cleared BSEB Class XII Intermediate or +2 2018 exams to apply for admission to different Arts, Science or Commerce colleges through Online Facilitation System for Students (OFSS) from June 30, 2018. Registration for second round had started on August 20 and the last date was August 25, 2018.
BSEB (Bihar School Examination Board) has developed the Online System named OFSS (Online Facilitation System for Students) to enable students to take admission in Graduation/Degree Colleges in ten Universities of Bihar.
Using OFSS students will apply Online for admission into Graduation/ Degree Courses for the session 2018-21 for Hons. Paper or Pass course (wherever available) in Arts, Commerce or Science streams.
The students who have passed the Intermediate Examination, +2 examination or equivalent examination from Bihar School Examination Board, Central Board for Secondary education(CBSE), Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) or any other State board are eligible to apply online for admission.
